This ESP8266 WIFI development board boasts 4 MB of flash memory. Featuring a compact design based on the ESP8266EX, this D1 mini module is ideal for use on a solderless breadboard, optimizing space for your projects. It is compatible with Arduino, MicroPython, and Nodemcu, akin to Wemos D1 mini clones, and can be programmed using the Arduino IDE.

 

With 11 digital input/output pins supporting interrupt/PWM/I2C/one-wire (excluding D0), alongside a Micro USB connection, this board offers versatility. Additionally, it includes 1 analog input (with a maximum input of 3.2V). Equipped with an onboard regulator, it can be powered via the 5V pin or the 5V Micro USB port. For a 3.3V supply, the 3.3V pin can be utilized.

 

The operating voltage of the board is 3.3V, with any 5V supply internally converted to 3.3V. It's important to note that using more than a 5V power supply is not recommended.
